Don’t love your order? No worries — we’re here to help.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Just send us an email and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

• It must be returned in its original packaging

Items that are returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be eligible for a partial refund or no refund.

Please include your order number and a brief explanation, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether your refund has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
