Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


3. Tracking Information 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update, as some carriers take time to scan packages into their system.


4. Shipping Costs 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.
